Thank you Kathryn for answering my question! Lot's of great takeaways. Definitely hire experts for those tasks that you are not an expert in. Most important is to pencil in breaks and rest periods when starting your own business. This has helped me so much in keeping my energy and motivation up with what I'm doing.

I was listening to Kathryn’s podcast while I was working on a new business plan. It was perfect timing!! Her content is so relatable and really resonates with me.
